It’s been 3 years since I experienced my first anxiety attack and although I still have the occasional bad day, there are many more good days. Although I still do struggle on some days, most days, I feel fine. I do tend to worry about things way too much, but that’s just me, I did that before I had my first anxiety attack.

Maritime Race Weekend is a back to back running event. We ran one race at dusk and another one at dawn the next morning. We did back to back 5ks but you can choose from 5k, 10k, a half marathon, or a full marathon.

Building Muscle with Compound Exercises
There are two different types of muscle building exercises. One is compound exercises, and the other is isolation exercises. They both work your muscles very differently. Compound exercises are designed to work multiple muscles at the same time and isolation exercises target a specific muscle or muscle group.
If you are trying to build muscle, compound exercises are the fastest way to go. They will build overall muscle, while toning too. Compound exercises build more than just muscle though, they also work your tendons, joints, and ligaments. It puts strain on the weakest part of you body, helping to strengthen overall.
