This weekend my husband and I are going to Foamfest! It can be hard to stick to your goals while traveling so I thought I would share a few tips I swear by so I can stay on track while on the road.
How I Got My Love for Running Back on Track
I started running “seriously” in 2014. My husband and I started the couch to 5k program and ran our first 5k when we were about half way through the program. After that race I was all in. I loved running and couldn’t wait for my next race! Unfortunately, things went down hill from there.
