If you follow me on Pinterest, you’ve probably seen my Fitness Challenges board. I love these challenges and have been working on a few over the last couple months. I thought I would dig a little deeper and create a huge list of Health and Fitness Challenges!
Let me start by saying that I don’t believe these challenges are going to get you ripped in just a month, and neither should you. Changing your body in the dramatic way some of these challenges claim is just not realistic. But taking small steps toward healthier lifestyles and better fitness plans can definitely start with a consistent habit, even if it is just 10 push ups a day!

And there we have it! A huge list of various health and fitness challenges! Most of them are 30 days long, but a few are 21 days and a couple are 7 days.
The first of the month is right around the corner, it’s a perfect time to start a new challenge. I would suggest starting with just one or two challenges. Don’t overwhelm yourself trying to keep up with several at a time.
